Since this website is all about databases, my solution was to create my own database that store all the websites I visit with matching UserID/UserName and Passwords. I created a continuous form with a list of all my data. Easy to keep updated.

Yep. I did too. I have my own online database that I store EVERYTHING in, and it's password protected on an SSL, so I only have to remember that password and I can look up any of my other passwords from anywhere - even my phone.
