Good luck with your website, you should be able to take a lot of what you've learned and transfer it over, it's just finding out what you can use instead to achieve the goals you have.
1. Recently I've been working on some HTA files and wanted to create a Chart, I thought it would be possible to create one using the Chart tool excel uses but couldn't find a method without first creating an excel file, putting the data into that and then exporting the chart as a image which seemed a lot of work, after looking about on the web for a bit I came across an old Google Charts tool, it is deprecated but still works really well. Check out the parameters you will need to produce the different types of charts. I just loop through a recordset building up the different values I need into variables and then pass them to the url Google wants and you can create a img with that as the source.
2. As Rich said Javascript can be used for all of this. I have seen some cool password checkers too, if you see one you like you can always view the source of the page and investigate how it was done and take elements and use in your own site. If you have already made one in Access take those principles and port them over.
5. Excel Files: I did a quick googling and found this Excel File from ASP. I haven't tested it but looks good. (ASP.NET has more options for this.)
6. You can use your queries but if you want them to be dynamic and based on choices from the user you might want to build the sql on the fly or you will probably need QueryDefs and pass it that way.
7. You can build the Forms/Reports using HTML.

Yes, agreed on #6... I forgot to mention that. If your queries need PARAMETERS at all, you're going to have to build them in SQL.
