Post in the Forums
If you're currently a student (customer) then you can post your question to the Message Forums on the web site. I try to answer as many questions as I can. I'll be taking ones that I really like and turning them into TechHelp videos if I think they're a good match! You can even post your question in the comment section below (on this page). I may move it to the Forum later once I answer it.

If I can answer your question with a brief email, there's no charge. If it's something I've already covered in one of my previous classes, I'll point you in the right direction. I may even select your question to be featured on my YouTube channel as one of my TechHelp Q&A Tips. I try to make a few new videos like this every week to answer questions.
