Linking to Outlook from Access Link

I'm very new to access and I am currently using microsoft 365.  I'm just wondering if it's possible to edit the fields on access's contacts database, that is already set up.  Or can I build something that when you're in the table and click on a contacts name it opens up the form, that is what my boss would like. Approval Process Link

I need a way to  have a way to verify and edit the request before actually adding it to the archived DB. i have two forms a temp form that the user request a project. Then a approval form. what i need to happen is after the temp form is filled out it goes into a status waiting to be approved. Once appreoved on the approval form then the project is sent to the the Capaproject table. i dont know how this can be done can someone give me some ideas.

Anyone Use the IRR Function? Link

I recently had a customer email me asking for help with the IRR function. I cover most of the financial functions in my Microsoft Access Expert Level 30 class however IRR is one that I did not cover because I didn't figure that enough people would want to see it.
