Read Calculate the Percentage from a Union Query by jannette j @ 9/28/2018
I have a query that shows me what workorders are in compliance.
I created a union query SELECT Count(*) AS LEW
FROM MaximoReportT
WHERE (((MaximoReportT.Status)="COMP") AND ((MaximoReportT.ActualLaborHours)>"00:00") AND ((MaximoReportT.ActualStartDate) Between [Enter the Start Date] And [Enter the End Date])) OR (((MaximoReportT.Status)="FCOMP"));

FROM MaximoReportT
WHERE ((WorkType) In ("PMINS","PMOR","PMPDM","PMREG","PMRT")) AND ((Status)<>"CAN") AND (TargetStartDate) Between [Enter the Start Date] And [Enter the End Date];
which does return 133/608
in one field now i need to be able to calculate the percentage with those numbers and i do not know how to do that in access. please help

Access can perform math calculations.
Do you know what calculation you need to perform first?

Read Union Query by John H @ 7/5/2014
I would like to run two queries where the two queries have no records in common, where the first query displays it results followed by the second query displaying its results.  The Union Query seems to be the avenue for doing such, but I do not know anything about the Union Query.  How do I achieve the results I am seeking?  Is there a lesson video on this?

Yes, you definitely need a UNION query. I cover them in several different lessons.

Greetings and thanks a great deal for your online tutorials.

I have a combobox that uses the following table/query as the row source:


Then I have a query uses the criteria [Forms]![Form1]![Combobox] and works fine as long as something other than 'All' is selected. When 'All' is selected no records are returned by the query when the exact opposite is desired.

How do I go about this?
