New Access Tip Restart Page Numbers Comment from Sandra M @ 7/19/2017
Thanks again for your reply on restarting page numbers while printing report as a booklet. Is it possible to get an example of the VBA for having a query loop? It would be nice to double-check what I am planning on doing. Thanks.

Reply from Alex Hedley:

Have you worked with Recordsets before?
If you get your list that you want to loop you can then do a for loop of those items and just pass the id to the query so it only opens the subset, do what you need to do then move onto the next one.

New Access Tip Restart Page Numbers Comment from Sandra Morimoto @ 7/12/2017
Hi. Thank you for the tip on restarting page numbers on a report. I tried it and it worked, EXCEPT that I want to print my report in booklet form, and while the page number restarts for each person I am printing the report for, the whole thing is printed as ONE booklet, instead of a booklet per person. Is there any way I can do this without having to print the report for each person separately? Right now I use a form with a command button to print a report for each person separately. (The command button has each person's ID.)I have to click for each person though... Some help would be great!

Reply from Alex Hedley:

You could have your query loop and open, then print per user so it restarts each time.
