How are my courses delivered
By Richard Rost
When you purchase lessons from 599CD, there are three methods of delivery available:
- Online Theater
- Ship on CD
The Online Theater is the recommended method. The Theater allows you to watch your lessons online in your web browser. There's no software to install. You just type in your username and password, and you're all set. It's just like watching videos on YouTube. There's no time limit. You can come back at any time in the future to watch the lessons you've purchased.
You can also download your courses directly to your PC for offline viewing. This is handy if you want to be able to watch videos "on the go" while you're traveling, or if you don't have reliable high-speed Internet access all the time. You can download our special Video Player software OR you can download just the video files and watch them in your own Media Player.
Finally, if you don't want to watch your lessons online, we can ship them to you on CD. There is no difference between the files you download and the files that come on the CD. The only difference is that you pay shipping costs.
When you place your order, before the final checkout screen, you will be asked how you want your courses delivered. There are two options: Free Online Delivery or Mailed on CD. Online Delivery means that you're going to download your lessons or watch them in the Theater.
Yes, even if you have your order shipped on CD, you can still download your courses or watch them in the Theater while you're waiting for your CD to arrive. This allows you to get started learning right away and still have a backup copy of your lessons on CD.
If you opt for Online Delivery of your courses and you decide that you later want a CD mailed to you, that's no problem. Just contact customer service and we'll mail you a CD. You just pay the shipping costs.
