I keep getting computer and software help requests in the 599CD Customer Service inbox.
I just wanted to let everyone know that YES I want to help you! However, there just aren't enough hours in the day for me to personally respond to everyone with help requests that are NOT related to 599CD customer service issues.
The big ones: how do I do [insert topic here] in Access or Excel. You know that I love Access, and I love answering your questions... but I've still got a few hundred customer service help emails I need to answer... so if you really need help with an Access problem, or an Excel sheet, or assistance with your web site, I'm going to direct you to this page:

This is a page where you can ask me your non-customer-service question. Now, if you don't mind waiting for an answer, then select the "I want to submit this as a question for a future lesson" and I'll either include it in a class, or a mini-seminar, or even a tips & tricks entry.
Otherwise, if you need an answer SOON, there are options on there for payment. Hey, I wish I had someone to ask when I get stuck on a problem... and a few bucks to solve that problem is usually WELL worth it.
