How Do I
Get My Courses?
When you order tutorials from 599CD, you have three
options:
1. You can watch your courses right in your
browser using our Online Theater
2. You can download the videos directly to your PC for offline
viewing
3. You can have them shipped to you on CD
In each case, the videos themselves are exactly the
same. We recommend the Online Theater
because it's the easiest to use. There's no software to install, and if
you can watch videos on YouTube, you can use our Online Theater. If
you want to get started learning right away, and you have a fast Internet
connection, this is the option for you. If you're going to be travelling
and you want to take your lessons with you, you can always download
the videos to your PC to watch later. Finally, if neither of these options
works for you, we can ship your lessons on CD. The videos are
exactly the same, you just pay for shipping & handling.
Yes, even if you opt for the Online Theater or download options, we can
still send you a CD. Yes, even if you order a CD, you can still
watch your lessons online.

using the United States Postal Service.
Please allow 3 to 5 business
days from the time you place your order
until we ship your CDs. After that, orders to the United States should
arrive in an additional
4 to 6 business days. We cannot give you an estimate for
delivery times outside the US. Printed handbooks can take longer. You can

Why does it take so long? We're a small, family-run business. We
don't have the staff to ship every day. The vast majority of our customers
watch their lessons online or download them. This is why we
want everyone to know UP FRONT that it could take a week or two for your CDs to arrive.
We try to ship every day or two, but if we're busy (or out of the office,
or on vacation) there could be a short delay. In the WORST CASE
scenario, you should have your CDs in 3 weeks.
