Student Databases Page By Richard Rost 2 years ago I'm in the process of getting rid of the "student databases" page. All of the database files will now be found right on the course or seminar lessons page itself, under the list of lessons in either a "Database Files" or "Resources" section. For example, here's Access Beginner 2: That's where you'll find the database file downloads from now on. Ignore any video that tells you to go anywhere else. If you come across a link that doesn't work, contact me. I just spent a few weeks moving files around, so I wouldn't be surprised if some links are bad. Why did I do this? Well, back when I started this company in 2002, I used to ship everything on CD. The course videos, handbooks, and database ZIP files were password protected. I did this so I could ship ALL of the courses and database files on a single CD and users would just get the passwords that they paid for without having to wait for another CD to get shipped. Well, that's no longer an issue. I don't ship anything anymore, and students can just download the materials they've paid for right from the web site. No passwords required. Besides the old password system was confusing anyways. People would often try using their personal logon passwords to unzip the ZIP files. It was definitely in the top 5 customer service emails I would get: my password isn't working for the ZIP files. Nope... not your logon password. The ZIP file password listed on the download page. :)
