10/4/04	Our thanks go out to everyone for their continued patience. Most of the Access handbooks are finished and will go online shortly. We've had some delays on our end, but things are back to normal, and we expect to get all of our new releases rolled out ASAP.
10/3/04	We had a service outage today. If you were trying to access the Web site and could not log on, that's because we were down - thanks to our ISP (some massive outage). Everything's back up and running now.
