I can talk again. Huzzah! My voice is back, so I'm working on new videos this week (starting with Access 2007). Customer service and shipping are still REAL backed up from me being sick for three weeks, so if you're waiting on a reply to an email, or waiting for a CD to arrive in the mail, I apologize for the extended delay.
