You agree that you are signing up for a personal online membership to a computer training and support web site. You understand that your membership provides you with online technical support from Richard Rost for help with topics including, but not limited to, Microsoft Access, Excel, FrontPage, Word, Windows, Web Design, and more. Richard Rost will answer whatever questions he is able to answer, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information provided. You will also receive Richard's contact telephone number for discounted phone support, however Richard cannot guarantee to be available at all hours. If you miss him, just leave a message and Richard will return your call as soon as he is able. Richard has software that he can optionally use to remotely view your computer for further assistance, however compatibility with your system cannot be guaranteed. You will also receive Richard's personal email address and Instant Messenger contact information. Again, online communications will be returned as quickly as possible, but there is no guarantee. You acknowledge that your membership will automatically renew each month at $29 per month. You may cancel your membership at any time, however you must do so before the start of your next monthly term to avoid being charged.
