Of course, my specific area of expertise is Microsoft Access, however I am also an expert in Excel (you could say I wrote the book on it), Word, and all the other Microsoft Office products, as well as Windows, Visual Basic, Web Design, and computer technology in general.

Got Questions?

If you're currently a student (customer) then you can post your question to the Message Forums on the web site, or even below on the bottom of this page. I try to answer as many questions as I can. I'll be taking ones that I really like and turning them into TechHelp videos if I think they're a good match! You can even post your question in the comment section below (on this page). I may move it to the Forum later once I answer it.

Need Help?

If you have a problem you need help with or a question you'd like to ask, and you aren't comfortable posting it in the Forums (or you need to include attachments or screen shots) then you can submit it to me directly. The best way to do that is to contact me. Be sure to include:

  • What application and version are you using?
  • What exactly is the problem?
  • What have you tried to fix it?
  • What is your level of expertise (beginner, expert?)

If I can answer your question with a brief email, there's no charge. If it's something I've already covered in one of my previous classes, I'll point you in the right direction. I may even select your question to be featured as one of my TechHelp videos. I try to make a few new videos like this every week to answer questions.

Paid Support Options

I do my best to try to help as many people as I can free of charge. However, there are only so many hours in the day. I can't help everyone. However, I do have some PAID options available. First, I give priority support to my Insider Circle, Learning Connection, MYOLP, and YouTube Channel members. If you think you're going to need help on a regular basis, consider joining one of those.


TechHelp only covers short questions, meaning something I can read and respond to in a few minutes and possibly make a short video about if it's something that has wide appeal. If you have complex issues that can't be answered with a short email, or is too specific for me to make a TechHelp video about, then you need custom one-on-one consulting help.
