Adjust Pop Form Size Upload Images Link

Hello All,
I most likely am missing yet another simple one here. I have a pop up form that I want to adjust the height of the form but but after I stretch it, close it and reopen, it keeps defaulting back to a set height.

On the Format Tab set Auto Resize to No.
