I have a Table of Lodge officers by their office within the lodge. I can get the data from the Master Member Table with all the data needed for each office from the Master Member Table. The OSect and OfficeName fields are fixed. Each Year a new set of officers are elected and this data is used in many different reports. OSect Field indicates which offices and assigned members are put into the selected report. I would Like to Use a Combo Box to pull in the Members last Name from the Master Member Table and automatically populate the other fields, Honor, MemFName, MemPhone and MemEmail into the LodgeOffcerYrT table. Can someone help me understand how to do this?

I think I got it. Forgot Dlookup can work on Queries
