Believe Me, I Know...
I know how frustrating it is to not be able to get in touch with a human quickly and easily when dealing with a company. So I've done everything I can to make reaching me as easy as possible.
- If you have questions about my products, or are having any kind of customer service-related issue with your account (sales, orders, logging on, memberships, etc.) then use the Customer Service page or Email me.
- If you have technical questions like how to do stuff in Access or Excel, or specific questions about the material covered in one of my videos, then post your question in the Forums.
- If you're not a student of mine yet, you can post your question in the Visitor Forum.

Sales & Customer Service
If you're having a problem with your order, need to know what topics are covered in what class, or have general questions about the site or my products, then please contact me using the Customer Service form. If you want to ask me what classes you need to accomplish your goals, then please feel free to ask me here. I handle all of the customer service issues myself, personally. I usually do them first thing in the morning, every business day. In the rare event that I'm out of the office, I try my best to check them on the road too.
Database Support
I only provide direct technical support for databases that you download from my website without any changes or modifications. Click here for my complete Database Support Policy.
Technical Support
If your question is not customer service, but is technical in nature, such as how to fix problems with your Access database, then these options are available:
- Try posting your question in the Forums. I've got a great group of admins and moderators who love to help, and will generally answer your question way before I would get to it.
- If you're not a student of mine yet, you can post your question in the Visitor Forum.
