Sales Questions
Sales questions are always free. This includes any pre-sales questions such as what's covered in a particular class, what course you need to solve a specific problem, information about my lessons or company, getting a quote on training multiple users, etc. You can ask me technical questions here, and I will direct you to the appropriate lessons for your answer. If you want personal help with Access, Excel, etc., see "Technical Questions" below.

Customer Service
Customer service questions are always free. This covers questions pertaining to the use of your tutorials, your purchase, questions about your account, problems getting your videos to play, trouble logging on, general feedback, comments, or complaints. It does NOT include technical support (how to use Access, Excel, etc.) You can use the contact options for Sales Questions above. In addition:

Technical questions are not always free. I do try to help as many people every day as I can, but there are only so many hours in the day. So, if you need help with your Access database, want to know how to do something in Excel, require assistance setting up your web site, or want to know anything beyond a customer service or sales issue, please use one of these links:
