Need Help?

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you have any problems or questions, please feel free to contact me. If you don't want to wait for my reply, or if you like finding answers yourself, I've got lots of self-help options available. See the list below, but remember, it's never a bother to email me.

Web Site Tour

Before you do anything, watch my Web Site Tour video. It will explain everything you need to know about using the site.

Sales Questions

Sales questions are always free. This includes any pre-sales questions such as what's covered in a particular class, what course you need to solve a specific problem, information about my lessons or company, getting a quote on training multiple users, etc. You can ask me technical questions here, and I will direct you to the appropriate lessons for your answer. If you want personal help with Access, Excel, etc., see "Technical Questions" below.

  • Post a Question Here - Post in the comments section at the bottom of this page
  • Email Richard - Contact me with your questions directly
  • FAQs - Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
  • Volume Discounts - Training multiple students for business, government, educational users

Customer Service

Customer service questions are always free. This covers questions pertaining to the use of your tutorials, your purchase, questions about your account, problems getting your videos to play, trouble logging on, general feedback, comments, or complaints. It does NOT include technical support (how to use Access, Excel, etc.) You can use the contact options for Sales Questions above. In addition:

  • New: Customer Service Forum - I've created a Forum where you can post and read questions
  • WalkThru - Tutorials to explain how to get started, watch your lessons, and use the site
  • Troubleshooting - Having problems getting your videos to play? Read this!
  • Account Info - View your account info and order status online
  • Email or Call Support - Additional options for customers to contact me for help

Technical Questions

Technical questions are not always free. I do try to help as many people every day as I can, but there are only so many hours in the day. So, if you need help with your Access database, want to know how to do something in Excel, require assistance setting up your web site, or want to know anything beyond a customer service or sales issue, please use one of these links:

  • TechHelp - Submit your question here, and if I select it, I may make a short video about it.
  • Consulting - For assistance with any project, personal training, and more
  • Search - I have an extensive database of topics and this tool will show you were to find a lot of stuff
  • Forums - Post your questions in my Forums and communicate with other students (and me)
  • Tips & Tricks - Lots of different tips on a variety of subjects
  • News / Blog - This is where I post everything that happens on the site, and my personal blog
