This forum is for customer service questions. If you have questions about the web site, what specific courses contain, how to view your lessons, or anything customer-service related. Post your question here and one of my site Admins or I will answer you as soon as we can. 

Don't post technical questions here (like how do I do this in Access). Post those kinds of questions in the appropriate Forum. Unless you're asking which class a specific topic is covered in, or what lesson explains what you're looking for, please post elsewhere.

Before posting, be sure to read through some of the other questions posted below, as your question may have already been answered. You can also check the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) page for help, too.

Why this Forum? Well, I get asked the same questions over and over again. This is a place where, hopefully, you can check to see if your question has been answered before emailing me. This saves me time, and you get your question answered faster. I try to update the FAQs page as often as I can, but this is easier for everyone.
