Customer Service Forum

This forum is for customer service questions. You can ask things here about your account, your order, our web site, what our courses contain, or anything customer-service related.

While I recommend you don't post personal data here, don't worry... every question gets screened by a Forum Admin (Alex or me) before going public. We'll read it first, and if you need a personal reply, we'll email you.

Don't forget you can also check the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) page for help. If your need for help is URGENT, or contains sensitive info, you can contact me via Email or the TechHelp page. Remember, this is a public forum. Everyone can read it. And remember to read my Customer Service Policy. Very important.

Why this Forum? Well, I get asked the same questions over and over again. This is a place where, hopefully, you can check to see if your question has been answered before emailing me. This saves me time, and you get your question faster. I try to update the FAQs page as often as I can, but this is easier for everyone.

Subscribe to this forum and receive an email update whenever new posts are added. You will also be notified by email if any conversations you are involved in receieve new comments.

Hi Gabriel. Like the order page explains when you complete an order, it can take roughly 10 minutes for your order to be processed. You should have everything by now. Let me know if you don't.

Access AND Excel Upload Images   Link

Hi Richard. I am learning a LOT about Access through your courses. Two months ago I knew next to nothing, and now I feel incredibly comfortable with it, and I've only begun to scratch the surgace of Expert Level. Thank you for that! My office uses more Excel than Access though, so I wanted to brush up on Excel practices. Can I add Excel to my weekly subscription? Thanks again!

That's very weird. So you can post, reply to your OWN post, but you can't reply to someone else's post. Hmmm....

Sorry, another newbie dumb question. I watch youtube videos and then want to view the extended cut on the website. The link below the youtube video for extended cut doesn't work.  I went to the website and searched for "extended cut" and get no results.  Nor is there a link to extended cut videos.  Please advise - how to I find the extend cut videos on the website.  Many thanks.

Forget the above.  I discovered the TechHelp link which guided me to the extended videos.  Sorry for the bother.  Still getting used to the website.  I tried to delete this dumb question but was unable to.  My bad.  I feel like a red shirt landing party on TOS.

If there is an Extended Cut it'll be on the TH post.
Just choose the page, scroll down and click on the link to load that in the video player above.

I was doing some work on the web site today. Probably a glitch. Everything seems to be working OK now and nobody else is complaining. I know there's really a problem when 20 people yell at me all at once. LOL

Sorry... try it again now.

In the future, if you get a weird error message, it's probably just me playing around. Wait 30 seconds and try again. If it happens twice, then let me know. :)

Right, you will stay on the same page when you click My Views. It will load a small list below the User Bar that shows your previous 5 to 7 views. You'll see a Full History link over to the right.

When I finish a video and leave the website, when I come back to it how can I see where I left off?
Richard Rost

Once you're logged on, click on the My Views link at the top of the page. It will show you a list of the last 7 or so pages you've viewed. You can also then click on the Full History link on the right side to see your complete browsing history for the past month or so. Unfortunately, I don't have it down to the last video you watched in a course, but that's coming. At least this way you can see what course you left off on.
