Customer Service Forum

This forum is for customer service questions. You can ask things here about your account, your order, our web site, what our courses contain, or anything customer-service related.

While I recommend you don't post personal data here, don't worry... every question gets screened by a Forum Admin (Alex or me) before going public. We'll read it first, and if you need a personal reply, we'll email you.

Don't forget you can also check the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) page for help. If your need for help is URGENT, or contains sensitive info, you can contact me via Email or the TechHelp page. Remember, this is a public forum. Everyone can read it. And remember to read my Customer Service Policy. Very important.

Why this Forum? Well, I get asked the same questions over and over again. This is a place where, hopefully, you can check to see if your question has been answered before emailing me. This saves me time, and you get your question faster. I try to update the FAQs page as often as I can, but this is easier for everyone.

Rick,
Did your email stop working this evening?  I've been on hold with them for over an hour and also started a chat session which replied "Sorry we missed you" AND placed a clickable link to Email them!!! Read More...

To whom are you referring? I use Gmail for 99% of my emailing.

I thought you mentioned in one of your videos and/or emails that you moved away from goDaddy and moved your domain registration to Hover, your email hosting to WebHostingPad, and your web hosting to WinHost.  My mistake...

Comments aren't linked by user ID but by email address so they won't show
If you click MyComments and change the URL to your old one do they show?

In several of your videos, you've provided tips (HyperSnap), web hosting, Windows setup, etc.  You've also mentioned moving items to a secondary screen.  So, I was wondering if you you would provide us some background as to your setup (laptop/desktop/workstation), number of video screens, etc. As well as hardware/software used to record video/audio for the videos. It appears that all of the videos that I have purchased require a Java license.  How can I watch without a Java license.

Can you upload an image of the error?

Java or Flash?

I assure you absolutely NONE of my classes require a Java license. They're all saved in simple MP4 format on the web site.

Hi Larry. I can tell you which lessons you've purchased, but not which ones you've completed. All of my newer courses made within the last year or two I can track, but you were a student back in 2015, and I didn't track views back then. Sorry!

I emailed you a list of all of the courses you purchased back then.

How to Find Videos Upload Images   Link

I am confused about how I can find video's. You created a video about how a user creates a password requiring an uppercase, lowercase, special character and minimum length of 8 characters. I had asked you if you had a video for this and you created a video showing how to code for these requirements. This video was exactly what I needed. I would appreciate it if you could help me understand how a gold member has access to video's, courses, code etc. Thank you.

Hi Leon. Your video is an Extended Cut for my String Functions TechHelp video. You'll find a link on that page down in the Members section to watch it. If you can't find a video in the future, try using the search box at the top of the site. Type in a keyword for that video - in this case "Password" would work, and you'll see that video under the TechHelp section on the search page.

Hi Gabriel. Like the order page explains when you complete an order, it can take roughly 10 minutes for your order to be processed. You should have everything by now. Let me know if you don't.
