This forum is for customer service questions. You can ask things here about your account, your order, our web site, what our courses contain, or anything customer-service related.

While I recommend you don't post personal data here, don't worry... every question gets screened by a Forum Admin (Alex or me) before going public. We'll read it first, and if you need a personal reply, we'll email you.

Why this Forum? Well, I get asked the same questions over and over again. This is a place where, hopefully, you can check to see if your question has been answered before emailing me. This saves me time, and you get your question faster. I try to update the FAQs page as often as I can, but this is easier for everyone.

Hi John. I'm working on the site today. See the little yellow banner at the top of the site. If it's there, it will let you know if I'm doing maintenance. If that's the case, orders might not process right away. But thanks for letting me know. As soon as you made me aware, I processed your order for you manually. Enjoy the lessons!

Hi Normand. This information is updated every time you place a new order. Right now, if you want to change this info, I have to do it manually. I'm working on a way for you to update it yourself on the web site. Hang in there. In the mean time, you can email me your changes.

Hi there. Looks like you paid with Paypal. I'm having an issue with Paypal right now. It's not properly notifying my server of payments received. I just took care of it manually for you. I'm working on resolving the issue now. Sorry for the delay.

Accessing Purchased Courses Upload Images   Link

I am having increasing difficulty accessing any of the courses I purchased recently and in the past. I followed your instruction and clicked on my courses, a dialog box showed up without showing any of the courses I purchased. Even when I clicked on the PowerPoint I purchased few days ago, I get message that I do not have access to them.

It's possible your account just needed to be refreshed / updated on the server. All of the customer orders and such get sent directly to my back-office database so that no sensitive information, like your credit card number, is stored on the web server. In response, my back-office server posts updates back to the web site when an order is completed, so the web site knows what classes you've purchased. Sometimes a glitch might happen where this doesn't occur, so there's a tool you can use on the site to Update Your Account force the back-end server to update your account. I just did this for you manually. Hope this helps.

Hi Joseph. You can use my Change Email form to submit any changes. I've already taken care of this for you and merged both of your accounts. In the future, you'll be able to edit this yourself on the My Account page.
