Can I ask questions about the course material?
Customer Service Questions
If you have questions of a customer service nature, then of course, yes, you can always ask your questions and expect a prompt response. Questions about your order, how to log on to your account, how to view the videos, what topics are covered in what classes, etc. are all consider "customer service" and these types of questions are always free and you should get a response by the following business day. If you have questions about the specifics of how to do something in a program like Access, Word, or Excel, then these are considered "technical questions." You may post them in the Online Forums. There is also usually a place to post questions right on the bottom of the page where you watch the videos. While a response is not guaranteed, I do my best to try to help as many people as I can every day. I may just point you to another class or video that answers your question, but I try not to leave you hanging. I also have a fantastic group of volunteer moderators who do their best to help answer questions too.
