Richard, hope you can help? I have been building my Genealogy Database from your "Genealogy Seminar Part 1" which is excellent. I have developed a form "Family Group" which shows the husband, wife and children with their details. the issue I have is some families have e.g. 3 children while some families have 8 or more! How can I set the system up to see only the children that are family, also some people are not married. I want the form to show only the actual family members. Hope you understand it some times is not easy to explain!
It would be easier for me to help if I can see a screen shot of what you have. But you need some way of indicating who you want to see in your family group. Is there a FamilyID? If not, add one. If so, use that as the link field for your subform.

Thank you, Richard, you said the magic word, Family ID. I think I have spotted the problem, I will see if I can sort out the answer, maybe get back to you if I need more help, thank you.
