Richard, please advise, I have been building a Genealogy Database following your Genealogy seminar. I have an issue which no matter what I do cannot sort out. I have a table with relationships to me for each person. I then built a query that also incorporated the location of the person. I then built a Report that when run shows me the persons full name, ID, the country/county he or she comes from and the relationship to me. The first time the report worked well, then I updated the table and ran the report but the new people did not show in the report. I checked my Property sheets for items to be checked in all my associated tables but do not recognise any issues! I know I have missed some thing but not sure what? please advise, thank you.
Does the Query that feeds the Report show data if you open that?
Does it have a Query Criteria that is based on a Form that needs to be open at the same time?

Hello Alex, to answer your questions;

Yes, it shows data, but the data shown is the data prior to the update. I update the table, run the query to show the new information and the new information is not there, only the old data when I made the table first.
Does it have a Query Criteria that is based on a Form that needs to be open at the same time?
Sorry I do not understand your question. I have a form associated with the Query but it shows only the data prior to the update.

Anthony. Sounds like you may need to change the Join Type in you Query.
