Just purchased a Silver TechHelp Membership. It states "Silver Members get access to all of the Extended Cut videos. & that there are over 100 of them." I can't seem to find them, where are they?

Ahoy shipmate, try looking up on top drop down box with the word More... most likely you have not been updated and Richard will get to it soon. You can send him an email he does get swamped with work. Just hold on it's well worth it.

Clicking that button will change the video being played to the extended cut. Assuming Richard has set you up with it. Which you have your Silver Member icon so you should be good to go.
If you signed up on YouTube make sure and send him an email any way. He needs to know who you are (real name and YouTube name and an email (I think) to add you in to his list of people. YT doesn't give him any info)
Yeah, I love YouTube, but they need to improve two things:
(1) how Channel owners can get a list of our members. All they give me is YouTube username (which can be useless, like LadiesMan69) and membership level (Silver, Gold, etc.) I have to copy and paste a list from their site. It would be nice if I could download a CSV or something that also included email addresses so I could contact new members to give them their perks.
(2) comment moderation leaves much to be desired. Very difficult process. And I get a lot of jerks on YouTube so I have to moderate. Lots of "why don't you just get to the good stuff man" comments. Uhm... sorry dude. This is a BEGINNER video.
