Sorry, but I'm no longer accepting new memberships for the Access Insider's Circle. Current members, please contact me directly for assistance.
I'm in the business of teaching people how to use Microsoft Access and other software applications. I prefer to spend my time recording video tutorials, not fixing databases. There just aren't enough hours in the day for me to do both (and have a healthy family life). Plus, it's not the kind of work I want to do - no matter how much people are willing to pay. So as of June 2021, I've decided to stop offering Technical Support, Consulting, and Paid TechHelp services.
I do still want to try to help you, however. Here are some options...
If you have a question about how to do something in Access, Excel, VB, etc., you can try posting your question in the appropriate Forum on my web site. I do my best to answer questions there. I've also got a lot of awesome site moderators and advanced developer students who are very happy to help you with your problem. They love a good challenge. Of course, this kind of support isn't guaranteed, but it's your best way to try to find help for free.
I have a special video series called TechHelp. If you have a question such as "how do I do [this] in my Access database?" then post your question in the Forums. If I've already answered it, I'll point you to the right video or class. If it's something that I haven't covered yet, and it's something I feel will make a good video, and that other people will be interested in, I'll add it to my list for a future TechHelp video. Members get priority.
If you are looking to have a database built for you, Contact Me. I do still accept custom projects if (and only if) I think they would make good videos for my course lessons, seminars, or even a template. Again, it has to be something that has mass appeal. I reject most requests, but it doesn't hurt to try. Some of my best seminars came about from projects my clients suggested.
If you have a problem with your database, first try my Access Troubleshooter. If that doesn't work and you are looking for someone to fix your database, or you have a very specific customized need such as having a database built for your unique business needs, you can try posting your job specifications in my Access Developer Network. Again, I have several very skilled Access developers that are students of mine who are always looking for work.
I only provide direct technical support for databases that you download from my website without any changes or modifications. Click here for my complete Database Support Policy.
