Appointment Length
Could you add an extra column of time so it says "1hr", "1 day 2hrs 15 mins" etc so you don't have to work it out mentally.

Yes, you could add a calculated field to your table with DateDiff (h, SartDateTime, EndDateTime). Using h as your interval will give the answer in hours.
