Gold Members & UpYou have access to download all of the database templates that I create in the TechHelp lessons (not the ones in my Templates section. Those are different). There is no single "download folder" anymore. Each of the templates will be found right on the page along with the videos. Handy, huh? Aren't I nice? You also get access to exclusive Gold Member Bonus Extended Cuts (again, on the original video page) and the Code Vault: You also receive a 20% discount. Again, there was a link in your signup email. Use it for now. You may also request one free Expert-level class per month, in order, after you have finished all of the Beginner classes. See this page for details. Platinum MembersYour two biggest perks are that you get top priority in the TechHelp question queue (you go first). You get all of the perks from Silver and Gold memberships. You get free copies of all of my Beginner classes (from every topic, not just Access) plus Access Expert 1 & 2. The classes will be added to your account when you sign up. You'll find them on your My Courses page. If not, let me know. You get a 50% discount on merchandise. Use the link you were emailed. You may also request one free Advanced or Developer-level class per month, in order, after you have finished all of the Expert classes. See this page for details. Courses, Templates, SeminarsTo be clear, your TechHelp membership does not automatically include all of my regular courses, seminars, and templates. There are thousands of hours of additional learning materials on my website and you will get a member-only discount should you choose to purchase them, however they are not included with your membership. Again, Silver members and up get one free course per month. See this page for details. The main purpose of your TechHelp membership is for access to the Extended Cut videos, and (for Gold members and up) the Code Vault and TechHelp database downloads. Asking Me QuestionsYou can post your questions on the TechHelp page, or pretty much every page of my site where you see a comments box (look below). All of them come to me. I'll see the badge next to your name and see that you're a member. This is how I prefer you contact me. If you need to email me to send me a file or a screen shot, then please be sure to mention in the subject line of your email that you're a member (say "Platinum Member" or something) so it stands out. My inbox can sometimes have hundreds of emails in it and I don't want to miss yours, and I might not recognize you, especially if you're a new member. Your membership gives you a whole bunch of perks, but I cannot promise a fast response to your questions. There are literally hundreds of TechHelp questions in the queue at any given time, many from Gold and Platinum members. If it's something I can answer quickly, I'll do my best to try, or point you in the right direction if it's something I've already covered in a video. If not, I'll add your question to the queue. I make no promises on a timeframe. I know a lot of people sign up thinking they get fast answers to tech support, and I've tried to be clear that this is NOT what TechHelp is all about. If you need technical support, especially with Access, you can visit my Tech Support page or post your question in the Access Forum. If you need help with a project you're working on, you can post it in the Access Developer Network. Again, I cannot promise a response time.
