Hello Alex. I wonder if you can help. I am a new HR manager for a small hospitality company in North Wales, UK. The owner does not want to go down the specialised HR management software route but is still looking for a database that will allow me to enter the details of each employee, enter trainings completed and the date, have an easily accessible disciplinary record and dates and have access to all the new company forms I plan to include. At the moment the database would only be accessed by me and the owner and maybe payroll. So, basically, a low end database where I can enter all the details and do a search to see who has completed what and who's on a warning etc.
I'm sure you know about the type of info I need to enter and maybe you can help me out.
