The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in our lives. We work to better ourselves and the rest of humanity.

You can upload images to the Forums and any other page you can comment on. It's not as elegant and smooth as some other sites where you can just copy and paste into the comments field, but I just threw this together in an afternoon. Built most of it myself. It works. I'm sure I'll improve on it over time.

So many times it's a lot easier for me to help you if I can SEE what your problem is, or what your database is doing, or what you want a report or form to look like based on a mock-up. It's a lot easier than trying to decipher what you're telling me or writing in a post. Feel free to use it!

How do you upload? First, make your post or comment. Then, in the upper-right corner after the post is submitted, you will see an Upload Images link. Use this. That's how they're attached to the right comment thread. I'm only allowing images up to 500k in size, and only JPG, GIF, and PNG files.

Do NOT try to upload your database or other files this way. But... do feel free to upload your images to show me what's going on. That's what this is here for.

If you need help taking a screen shot, see this video for the Windows Snip & Sketch Tool

Tips

  • Make sure your image is of a high enough quality so that we can see details
  • Be sure to post DESIGN VIEW images. Seeing your forms in Form View, for example, doesn't usually give us enough information.

Enjoy!
