I thought you guys would be able to retrieve the first answer from the post-class survey form I completed after the class. This survey includes a testimonial part at the end, which is where my testimonial is coming from. Lesson was Access Beginner 8.

I get the surveys sent to my email but if you put something in the testimonial field it gets posted here without any other information so maybe I should add the class that you're posting the survey on but honestly it hasn't been an issue until today. LOL.
