Detailed explanations for concepts, functionality, and tools. Build along with the videos is a great way to learn! Some repetition; and it's a good thing, like building the customer form in ACB1 and doing it over in ACB2 and adding new techniques in the second class. In comparison to other videos I watched on YouTube, Richard goes slower and explains in much more detail. He follows the "Walk versus Run" structure! Some of the other videos I've watched went from walk to running in the same video and did not include the detailed explanation. I joined the Learning Connection and it is a great value! He also has a good sense of humor and and it's like being in an actual class with a normal person/instructor talking, not like a scripted dry video.
