Thnks for this tech help
I was trying solve an issue in Notes where I could have a Heading of text I want user to imput. This is a DB for Church records
Ex:  Place of Event   Officiant   Witnesses/Sponsors   Bible Verse
Now I can sart entering in without messing up the headings.

Rodney, I don't understand your question. Can you be a little more specific, and possibly include some screen shots / drawings of what you WANT it to look like?

I did not mean to imply my comment as a question.  The extended cut gave me all the answers I needed to make my notes field work using your vba code from the extended cut and database download.  Sorry for the confusion in my original comment.
I do have a ?;  Can I have one parent form (SoulF and multiple child subfromms all related to my SoulID (your customerID)  I think they are called tabs on a form. Do you have aany tech help ontabbed forms?

Yep. You can have multiple subforms. I personally don't like using the Tab Control. I have had problems with it in the past, although recent versions of Access seem to work much better. In the extended cut for the Vehicle Maintenance video, I show how to use a single subform and just swap what's in it. That's how I prefer to handle it.
