Great video as usual. Suggestion: When you change your CustomerT notes field to Rich Text at 0:52, the Property Update Options button appears to the left of the field. Click this & select the 1st choice: Update Text Format everywhere Notes is used. The Update Properties box appears with all the objects in your DB that have a notes field. You can select 1 or all of them. In true Access fashion, a warning message appears saying blah, blah, blah . . . some data that is not valid HTML might not be displayed. Do you want to continue? Click yes & save your table. Go to your CusomterF. Tada. The notes field is now RTF (& will be in every place you chose above) so you dont have to change it.

Awesome. Thanks for sharing. I often miss these little things they add in new versions of Access. I'm used to old school. LOL
