I have a table with multiple fields using value list combo's. I run a query including more than 1 field with VLC's but using criteria to limit one of the VLC fields to one value (text). The query runs correctly but when a base a report on the query the report counts all values in the unlimited VLC fields of the query as separate records giving a total of records greater than the query total. Any ideas for a solution?

I think the only time Ive seen something like this it was something weird to do with Null values and "" (Empty String) not reading the same. Can you share the design view of the query and what concatenation is putting Cul de Sac, Laguna togethor?
