Cell Number Why Do I Ask For Your Cell Number on Orders? Why do I ask for your cell phone number? Well, it doesn't happen often, but every now and then I get contacted from someone who says they're not getting my emails. For one reason or another, my emails are ending up in their spam folder, or worse: blocked by the company spam filter, in which case, the user can't even check a spam folder. Sometimes people lose access to an email address and need to change it, but they can't get into their old email. Sometimes I get direct email bounces from mail servers, saying that mail to you is undeliverable for any number of reasons. Email isn't perfect, and sometimes we just can't connect. You don't know how many times I get people misspelling their own email address. I get ton's of orders from @gamil.com or @yhaoo.com. I've had people misspell their own names in their email addresses. So, if you tried contacting me and you haven't gotten a reply, leave your cell number and I can respond via SMS (text message). I promise this will not be used for any kind of marketing or given to any third parties... just personal correspondence from me... only. If you're not getting my emails, leave your cell number. I'll text you. No, I won't call. I hate making phone calls. RR
