I have got #Error in new record of a Dsum field
Anything wrong ?

You are getting an error because there is no ReceiptID for the new record.

=Nz(DSum("ServiceCharge","tbl_MedService","ReceiptID=" & Nz([ReceiptID],0)),0)

Or you could use a IIF Function
