Strange behaviour in design mode Upload Images Link

When a form is set to "pop-up='yes'" and I go to design mode, It always comes up in a minimal window in the upper left. (I'll attach a screenshot). It's not a huge problem because I can always drag it open, but it is a nuisance. I am using Office 365.

Any ideas how to fix this or where to report the bug where it will not be ignored?

That is a known issue with PopUp. No there is not a fix.

As far as I know, there is no fix. It's dumb... I know. I try not to use popup forms however.

OK. Thanks. I'll just have to leave it set to "no" until I'm done with development.

If you can, avoid using popups. They're problematic, especially on multi-monitor setups.
