i recently purchase access B3,B4,B5 and B6 and their handbooks, and it has not be added to my cause listing, i have written to support severally and no response, i need your assistance.

Are you logging in with the same email address you used to buy the courses? Did you get a confirmation email that said it had been APPROVED and PROCESSED? If you go to My Courses does it not show there or in the Theater.
