Computer Learning Zone CLZ Access Excel Word Windows

If we are not able to ask skeptical questions, to interrogate those who tell us that something is true, to be skeptical of those in authority, then, we are up for grabs for the next charlatan (political or religious) who comes rambling along.

Video is Out of Sync with Audio

I have a windows 10 operating system on my  PowerSpec home computer;  and windows 11 operating system on my Dell computer at work. I am using the Richards NZlearning software not YouTube.  I have similar intermittent problems on both computers. The audio works properly but the video starts flashing and blinking and only periodically catches up with the audio.  If I stop and restart the video when it starts to flash that will occasionally resync audio and video, but not always. This problem has occurred on many Access beginner and access expert videos. It has occurred more frequently in the Excel beginner videos.  The more detailed the teaching is the more difficult it id to absorb the lessons.  Do you have enough information to to help me solve this problem?  Has this happened before? Is it a simple fix?

What is the NZLearning software that you refer to? I don't have any learning software available. In fact, I had my own video player back in like 2004-2008 but I got rid of it after a couple of years because it was just too much of a pain supporting software.

Now, everything plays online either on my website streaming or on YouTube. You can download the videos either directly from your browser or with the zip file. It's going to use whatever video player that you're using that you have installed on your system. So either Windows Media Player or I recommend VLC Player. If you're having problems, try using that.
