I need a help which is like a big thing for me. I need help in one macro. I have seen all your videos. When we double click on date and time it will show present date and time on double click, I need a script where when I double click it should also create a folder in a c drive path with folder name   Company name, doc type, job number, cps rep. For example Microsoft_PRXY_P6787_MB00 Folder should be as per below. Can you pls help me with the macro. Database is having

REG JOB which is P6787

What you want to do is a developer level task.

I don't think macros can do this.  You'll need to use VBA.

Aside from just having code to do this, there are a few programming concepts you'll need to incorporate as well.  (Ie. Preventing duplicates, error handling, etc.)

If you're a Silver Member... this Tech Help video talks about creating a directory and doing some of what you're looking to do.

Its a company name database, where I have alternatively created a database, from that I want to get is when I double click it should reflect data and time which is present. once I get a double click it should also create a folder in the location, with  the names I have already in database. which I mentioned.

I need a code or a video where you can share so that I can look and execute my self in my different accsess.

I will just submit code, to my managers and they will lookin to further things .

You can create a folder with the MkDir command in VBA. I cover this and lots more with file/folder I/O in Access Developer 31.
