Using Multi Languages in Access

I installed french and German language packs in windows and set my current system locale to use unicode utf-8 for worldwide support.   I have also set VB under VB tools>options>editor format to accept normal text and the font to  Segoe UI (western) but despite that, Access still doesn't accept french and German special characters like the word "Français". The example of language selection you gave in YouTube doesn't represent the real world because a language list should be given in its language and not in English. An example would be in order to select the French language, the selection should be "Français" and not "French" as in your example.

I believe, I should answer my question myself since I was the one who brought it to the forum after all.

Windows UTF-8 Beta Setting is mMost Likely to be the cause and just found out that it was.

In order to solve the problem, do the following and you'll be able to use all European languages in their original format without any problem:
Go to:

- Control Panel → Clock and Region → Region
- Click "Administrative" tab
- Click "Change system locale..."
- UNCHECK: "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support"
- Click OK, restart computer

Why this breaks Access: When this is enabled, Windows uses UTF-8 as the ANSI code page. Access (especially older components) expects specific ANSI code pages (1252 for Western European, 1256 for Arabic, etc.). The mismatch causes character corruption.
