Multiple Choice Question
Jeffrey Kraft

I was hoping that this topic would be covered. I haven't watched the extended cut (yet), does this one or any of the other videos cover the possiblity of a multiple choice question.  Or better yet a yes/no question if answered yes will lead to the multiple choice question. If no moves on to the next question?

I think this might help. It asks a question, and when you double click the answer, it goes to the next one, depending  on your choice.

Also, for determining the type of questions answers, don't forget about the "Test Taker" sections of Access Developer 9, Access Developer 10, and Access Developer 11.

It would be easy to combine techniques for a questionnaire with the test taker options for a text answer, multiple choice, etc.

I actually was going to watch D 9, D10, D 11 and then the Questionaire video appears (when needed maybe).

OK. I've watched Developer 9, 10, and 11 (again).  Taking the idea of the MultipleChoice I'm going to need a MultipleChoiceAllThatApply, this is where the survey taker. In this case me will select all options that apply to the question.
Real world use in my case is Sleep disorder - Insomnia. I don't fill out the online questionnaire on a daily basis and instead scrible down notes, that I eventually will not be able read. Instead shoving it into a database that I can then pull up.

Sample Question:
What might have caused you to wake up? (check all that apply)

Bladder
Snoring or Gasping
Stuffy Nose
Klingon Bird of pray landed on my stomach (also known as the cat)>
Cramp
Other pain
Noise/Light
Tribbles
To warm/cold
Acid reflux
Not sure
Other

Any ideas on how to handle this issue because there are at least 4 questions in this survey that run into this issue.  I haven't watched Decision Tree soon.

Maybe instead of check boxes for multiple choice answers which might allow multiple responses, use a multi-select list box to collect the answers and your answer table would have to allow multiple responses for the same question.

I think that's probably the least complex way to handle that type of situation.

I was thinking something along that line but I can't recall a video... sigh.

Access Developer 15
Access Developer 16
Access Developer 17
Those cover Multi-Select list boxes in general.
Access Developer 19 talks more about having a multi-select list box that is bound to a table.

As far as specifically working it in with a Test Taker database or Questionnaire, I'm not sure that exact scenario has been covered.
