Blank Labels Dont Print Blank

I am using the Labels Seminar and the Imaging Seminar together. It all works beautifully. I even used your "Convert Query SQL to VBA" TechHelp to remove all the queries I had to make. I need different information on labels according to the extract type (e.g. I need the alcohol:water ratio for tinctures; the exact carrier oil for oil macerations etc) so I have different buttons for each. I added images. Lovely. But the image comes up on the blank labels.

Can you change the visibility of the Image control for blank labels?

Visible

Wow! That's an idea. I'll try that. Thank you.
It would even be much of a problem but the printer ink on the waxy empty label places makes a mess in the printer because it doesn't stick. Better not. Thanks, I'll try that.

Kevin, I did it! In the end I couldn't make it work from the "Visible" video but I did it with the "Hide Pricing" video.
The problem was that if the label is blank there is no control to work from.

This is what I did:

Private Sub Detail_Format(Cancel As Integer, FormatCount As Integer)

    If Line2 <> "" Then
        LogoBaseImage.Visible = True
    Else
        LogoBaseImage.Visible = False
    End If

End Sub

And variations of it for the other images I'm using

I tried using Line1(which would always be on the label being the name) but it didn't work so I used Line2 (which would also always be there being the production date). Don't know why Line1 didn't work but I'm not going there at the moment.:)

Now I have no excuses for not facing the inventory part of my project.... :)

PS I discovered that you can't see this "invisibility" except either in Print Preview or by actually printing, which is a bit confusing.
