I am new to Outlook 2013 and need to know how I can create "canned" email messages that I can use to send various routine messages to people, that are time savers for me. I have been using Eudora up until now, but am now forced to use Outlook. In Eudora these forms are called "stationery".
I send many emails out to individuals that have messages that I have sent to other customers, yet need to be editable for personalizing, without changing the original saved message.
Ideally, they need to be readily accessible from Outlook, so that I am not having to continually repeat the typing.
Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.
Reply from Alex Hedley:
You could use Signatures, it's probably not the best way but it'll work.
Or use the Email Seminar You can create Templates in Access and add what you need and send the email, all in one place, easy :)
