Report creation
Mark Pierce

I am creating what we call a data book. This report is made up of many different forms, each of the forms is using the same ID as the link. I was going to use subforms within the report but there is a page length limitation so there is no way to get this many forms on one report.

What is the best way to go about creating this data book report?

thanks for your Help in advance.

You're running into a page limit? I've never had that happen before and I've made some HUGE reports. I'd suggest just print out the multiple reports in order - keep them separate.

Good Day everyone
On this subject I run into where to much information is on a report and runs into the next page throwing the format out the window.  By this I mean when you get to the bottom it runs into the next page and moves everything down.  What I like to see is a continuation page.  lets say you allow a block for large tex filed... as you fill in the data on your form you allow 8 lines...  at this point can it be set up that the form will move to the continuation form and carry foward a line Continued from XXX Filed.  this way if your report is 2 pages it wi add a 3rd as a continued form?  I have forms that look real good on 2 pages but in a blue moon I have one that requires a ton of information and then i gets sent out looking like p@@p.  Can this be done?

I'd need to see an example of what you mean.
