Hi Richard:

I want to to say to you thanks to all your Access lessons and techhelp videos.  I was doing something in my billing database and I created a continnuous form and did a on double click event to open payment summaery in my billing database and when I was double clicking on a record I wanted to open and I was getting the Enter Parameter popup and I fixed the problem I had when I went to double click on the record to open it.  That why I love watching your techhelp videos and learning the lessons I get every week from you.  You are right that is the way to learn to do things on my own before I ask for help.

Typically this happens when mis-label parameter, double check the Form or Query involved, check all your spelling is correct or more to the point consistent and ensure you use the same upper and lower case characters (I'm assuming your being good student and not using spaces).

Also, if the Form or Query involved on start is fed data from another Form or Query ensure the data is correctly linked and/or the fieldnames are spelt correctly.
