Do you mean you have a text field with your ID number in it and you want to double click on it to open that ID number in another form?

If so you just need a double click event something with your field names like this

DoCmd.OpenForm "OtherFormName", , , "IDFieldName=" & IDFieldName

Do you mean link PK with FK?

DoCmd.OpenForm "OtherFormName", , , "PrimaryKey=" &  ForeignKey

Yes it is text field, but in form design on ID field properties I chose Always hyperlink, it is good because it shows the users it is clickble

Where you say primary key would be the field your looking for on the other form. Foreign key would be the field on the current form with the id you want to use to select the record. So if i had a table field called orderid and my field on the form with the value i want to use was called ordernumber it would be docmd.openform orderform,,,orderid= & ordernumber

Yeah, I don't like hyperlinks. I avoid them whenever possible.
