Single Form with Subform

Dear Richard,

Im creating a Database for Enties and their Directors & Shareholders.

Each Entity has its own form, with buttons to open the Director Form.

On the Director form (single form, fields relating to info of one director), there is a subform on the right (continous form, list of Directors)

Lets say an entity has 5 Directors. On Director form, I want the single form to list the details of 1 director (whichever record Im currently looking at), but I want the subform to list ALL the directors of the entity.

Is this possible?

(I want to remove the record bar and insert new buttons on form, because my staff keep pressing new record by accident and I have to delete it from table. My only issue is there wont be a 1 of 5 showing, so I want the subform to replace that. While my staff are working on a Director form, the subform serves to show/remind them that the Entity has several directors, with a count on bottom of continuous form)

If youve convered this option in a Tech Help video, please let me know.

Fixed it!!! The Invoicing Tech help video gave me the answer!

Created a Single Form (CompanyT), with CompanyID and CompanyName fields on it. Dragged the DirectorListF into it as a subform. Splash of colour and move the Subform to hide the 2 fields. Calling this my DirectorMiniListF.

Then reopen the Director Form, and drag the DirectorMiniListF into it as a subform.

Both have the CompanyID field in them and relate!

Many many thanks Richard for the techhelp videos!!!! Im starting my own business and they helped me create a perfect database for our needs!
