Use Forms to Edit Table Data

Hello everyone. Does anybody know if a video exists that shows how to create a form that will be used to update an existing record in a table?  Would prefer to use VBA.  Specifically, I have a table of properties and will need to change the owner's information when the property gets sold.  Thanking you in advance! -Bill

If you bind a Table/Query to a Form and change a Field on the form and save that will update the underlying table.
Why would you need to do this in VBA?

As Alex said that's pretty much the most basic way access works. Now if you need to update a field in a different table that is unrelated to the form you could use a recordset or a currentdb.execute SQL statement

In this table each property record has fields for property address and owner address.  Currently most of the property address fields are empty except for the street address.  I created a form that displays the property address info in text boxes, which are locked & disabled. The owner address fields (also text boxes) are enabled and unlocked, which allow the end user to type in the new owner information.  I have three buttons at the bottom of the form, one of which is Save & Exit.  Upon clicking this button, I want to run a check to see if the owner's street address is equal to the property street address and if it is, take the data from the City/State/Zip text boxes and fill in the corresponding property address fields while simultaneously updating the owner address fields.
