I created my helper slightly different, because as far as I understood the HelperType Table is not linked to anything. It's just to know in what category the HelperTypeID falls in. This constellation gave me a lot of headache, because it's not transparent. So I packed all in one table which seems to work (see picture I and II).
In lesson 1 at 13 min. we create a default value for the HelperTypeID (which is IDHTCategoryNumber in my case). Now how can I create a default text (in my case HTCategoryText) as well (see picture III).

You just want a default value? Like always say OrganisationName? If so, you do the same thing as you did for the number, default value "OrganisationName"
Now if you want the text value to change when you change the category number, you'll need an AfterUpdate

Category 1 is Contact Source
Category 2 is OrganisationName
Category 11 is Level
etc.
In lesson 1 at 13 min we put in a code with the effect that Access fills in the category number (helper type ID) itself, 1, 2, 11... I'd also like to get the Text for each category.
I watched the AfterUpdate video you've linked, but I'm not sure if that concerns my case... and again... all this coding...
